Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

1. Statement of Intellectual Property Respect

fnaf2apk.shop respects the intellectual property rights of content creators, game developers, artists, and publishing entities. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512, as amended) ("DMCA").

It is our policy to respond expeditiously to clear, legitimate notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the requirements set forth in the DMCA. If we receive a valid notice, we will take appropriate steps, including removing or disabling access to the material claimed to be infringing, or terminating access for repeat infringers.

3. Requirements for Submitting a Valid DMCA Notice

To file a formal DMCA copyright infringement notification with fnaf2apk.shop, you must provide a written communication (via email or physical mail) that includes substantially all of the following information pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

Mandatory DMCA Notice Elements:
  1. Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of Copyrighted Work: Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of Infringing Material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (specifically including exact Web URLs on fnaf2apk.shop).
  4. Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
  5. Good Faith Statement: A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. Accuracy & Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Agent pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2) and (3).

To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication sent to dmca@fnaf2apk.shop containing the following elements:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which fnaf2apk.shop may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, fnaf2apk.shop has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, access to users, contributors, or subscribers who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

6. Misrepresentation Notice & Legal Disclaimer

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including court costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or copyright owner's authorized licensee, or by a service provider who is injured by such misrepresentation.
